Arrivabene says Ferrari on top of bad luck standings

Ferrari boss Maurizio Arrivabene says the Italian squad is "at the top in terms of points" when it comes to problems and bad luck this season. Both Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen have been plagued by reliability issues, the German already 70 points behind championship leader Nico Rosberg. Vettel has been hit by penalties in the last two races, and he retired from the Austrian Grand Prix while leading after a tyre exploded. Arrivabene thinks it is just a matter of time before Ferrari's luck turns and insists the team is not giving up despite its chances fading away.
