Vettel blames traffic for poor Q3 result

Sebastian Vettel claims traffic during his second run in Q3 prevented him from qualifying his Ferrari in the top 3 positions during qualifying for the Hungarian Grand Prix.  The German driver failed to get in a clean lap in Q3. His first attempt was dashed around the final corner when he lit up his rear tyres thanks to the puddles on the track – costing him at least two tenths. Upon his final run, Vettel believes yellow flags for Alonso's McLaren were to blame, and later on in the lap, Alonso's team-mate Jenson Button held up the German.
