Starting grid – 2016 Hungarian Formula 1 Grand Prix

The Mercedes duo Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton took 1st and 2nd places in the Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix qualifying session at Hungaroring in Mogyorod for Sunday’s main race. Red Bull pair Daniel Ricciardo (Australia) and Max Verstappen (Netherlands) were 3rd and 4th with 1:20.280 and 1:20.557. Ferrari's Sebestian Vettel (Germany) was 5th with 1:20.874, Toro Rosso's Carlos Sainz (Spain) was 6th with 1:21.131, and McLaren's Fernando Alonso (Spain) and Jenson Button (Britain) were 7th and 8th with 1:21.211 and 1:21.597 respectively.
