Celis replaces Hulkenberg for FP1 at Monza

Force India has announced that development driver Alfonso Celis Jr will replace Nico Hulkenberg for the opening practice session of the Italian Grand Prix weekend at Monza. It marks Celis' fourth practice outing of the season, the Mexican having made appearances in Bahrain, Russia and most recently Austria so far in 2016. He also drove the Force India VJM09 during pre-season testing at Barcelona, before getting further mileage under his belt during in-season testing at the Spanish venue. Celis currently sits 11th in the Formula V8 3.5 standings, having taken a sole podium finish this season at Spa.
