Pirelli announces Japanese GP tyre choices
Pirelli has revealed the Formula 1 teams' tyre choices for the upcoming Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka. With the soft, the medium and the hard compounds available, the selections are again very similar among teams, as was the case for this weekend's Malaysian Grand Prix. Championship contenders Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton have chosen slightly different strategies, the German having one more set of mediums than his teammate, who will have three sets of hards instead of two. Both will have eight sets of softs.
