Rosberg says Vettel "out of control"

Nico Rosberg says Sebastian Vettel was "out of control" after their collision at the start of the Malaysian Grand Prix. Vettel dove down the inside of Turn 1 on the opening lap of the race and made contact with the rear of Rosberg's car, sending the German into a spin that dropped him to the back of the field. The Ferrari driver, meanwhile, had to retire on the spot with a broken suspension - and the incident is still being investigated by the stewards.
