Manor’s Dave Ryan: “Anything can happen in racing”

Dave Ryan admits that the last few Grand Prix have been far from comfortable for the Manor Racing MRT team, especially with the improved form shown by their main rivals. The Sauber F1 Team came close to scoring their first points of the season last time out in Mexico when Marcus Ericsson finished eleventh, and had the Swede finished inside the top ten, it would have put the Swiss team ahead of Manor in the Constructors’ Championship. Racing Director Ryan admits that the fight with Sauber has not been stress-free on the pit wall, and is hoping this weekend’s race at the Autódromo José Carlos Pace will enable them to ease some pressure, if possible. “The edge of our pit wall seats...
