Haas formally confirms Magnussen for 2017

– Haas has formally confirmed that it has recruited current Renault driver Kevin Magnussen on a multi-year deal to race for the team, alongside Romain Grosjean.Magnussen made his Formula 1 debut with McLaren in 2014 and claimed a podium finish in his first race, but was replaced by Fernando Alonso for 2015, instead occupying a reserve role.Magnussen fell behind Stoffel Vandoorne in the McLaren hierarchy but was handed a second chance in the sport when Renault required a replacement for Pastor Maldonado prior to the start of 2016.Magnussen linked up with Jolyon Palmer and scored points in Russia and Singapore, but became frustrated at the manufacturer's hesitancy over its 2017 driver...
