Motorsport.com's countdown of the biggest racing stories of the year continues with one of the more farcical episodes in recent Formula 1 history: the failed experiment that was elimination qualifying. Formula 1's elimination qualifying fiasco was a perfect example of trying to fix something that was not broken to begin with.
