Ecclestone wants Mick Schumacher in F1

ernie Ecclestone says that he is keen to see Mick Schumacher reach Formula 1.Schumacher Jr., 17, has been steadily climbing the single-seater ranks in recent seasons, while his father, Michael, continues to recover from the serious skiing accident he suffered in late 2013.After finishing runner-up in both the German and Italian Formula 4 categories last year, Schumacher Jr. will make the step up to European Formula 3 with the highly-successful Prema Powerteam.Ecclestone reckons Schumacher Jr. would boost the sport if he makes it to Formula 1 in the future, telling German newspaper Bild: "If he is anywhere near as good as his father, why not?"It would be good for Formula 1 if the...
