Ricciardo relishing physical challenge of 2017 F1 cars

Daniel Ricciardo says he is enjoying the challenge of a tougher training programme to prepare for the demands of this year's Formula 1 cars. With the cars expected to be up to five seconds per lap quicker than in 2016 thanks to the increased downforce, drivers are set to be pushed harder inside the cockpit. The different demands mean drivers will need to become stronger, something Red Bull racer Ricciardo says he is looking forward to. "For me it's going to be more fun personally because we're doing a bit more strength training," said Ricciardo. "I kind of enjoy it.
