McLaren-Honda hit by early oil systems issue

McLaren-Honda’s opening to pre-season testing has been hindered by an oil systems issue, after Fernando Alonso completed just a sole installation lap. McLaren carried out a filming day at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on Sunday, with both Alonso and new team-mate Stoffel Vandoorne racking up mileage on the MCL32. Alonso, along with several other drivers, appeared on track shortly after 09:00 local time, when the green flag was given to begin eight days of pre-season running.
