Haas: Australia speed quietened critics

– Haas team boss Guenther Steiner reckons the outfit's competitive showing at the season-opening Australian Grand Prix has temporarily "quieted our critics".Haas hit the ground running during its rookie F1 season as Romain Grosjean took sixth- and fifth-place finishes over the first two rounds en-route to 27 points overall.Haas again impressed as the 2017 campaign began in Melbourne last weekend, Grosjean qualifying sixth, as the 'best of the rest' behind Mercedes, Ferrari and Red Bull.Although both cars retired from the race, Steiner described Haas as "cautiously optimistic", while "not having speed would be much more difficult to fix than...
