Vettel 'irresponsible' in clash, says Stewart

– Three-time F1 World Champion Sir Jackie Stewart believes Sebastian Vettel was "irresponsible" in his contact with Lewis Hamilton at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, but reckons the German was "provoked" by his rival.As the field prepared for a restart at Baku, Vettel hit the rear of Hamilton exiting Turn 15, before gesticulating, drawing level, and making side-on-side contact.Vettel was issued with a 10-second stop/go penalty, before going on to place fourth, while the FIA will "further examine" the incident on Monday.Stewart reckons Vettel's mind management "wasn't working" during the clash but also suggested Hamilton had deliberately used tactics...
