Max Verstappen: ‘Difficult to accept’ engine failures

Max Verstappen says it is “difficult to accept” Renault’s engine failures in the wake of another setback, having retired from the Hungarian Grand Prix. Verstappen rose from seventh to fifth on the opening lap at the Hungaroring but lasted only another five laps before his RB14 slowed with a suspected MGU-K failure. A terse Verstappen expressed his frustration in an expletive-ridden radio message as he pulled to the side of the track.
