Gasly next to disagree with Ricciardo's new GP weekend format
Pierre Gasly has also come out and disagreed with Daniel Ricciardo's idea of getting rid of free practice on Saturday and having an extra race there in addition to the one on Sunday. Sebastian Vettel already disagreed earlier, saying that an extra race would take away from the spectacle a race on Sunday brings, as the Grand Prix now is the absolute highlight of the weekend. Ricciardo told SpeedWeek that in an ideal world, he could do without free practice as well.
