Sauber offer thanks to Leclerc as he confirms Ferrari switch
Alfa Romeo Sauber's team principal Frederic Vasseur has praised the abilities and attitude of Charles Leclerc and wished him good luck following the news that the Monegasque driver is to replace Kimi Raikkonen at Ferrari, to become their second-youngest driver in Formula One history. Ferrari announced on Tuesday morning that Raikkonen would be leaving the constructor at the end of the 2018 season, with subsequent confirmation that young Leclerc would be his replacement.
