Sergio Sette Camara joins McLaren young driver program

McLaren have announced that former Red Bull Academy driver Sergio Sette Camara has joined their Young Driver Program. 20 year old Brazilian Sergio Sette Camara has been signed as McLaren's test and development driver for 2019. The F2 racer, currently P6 in the standings with Carlin Racing, has been signed by McLaren to provide support to current F2 contemporary Lando Norris, who will race for the team in 2019, as well as Carlos Sainz. Like Sainz, Camara is a former member of the Red Bull program, having been signed as a Red Bull Junior in 2015.
