Grosjean, Gasly escape punishment
Romain Grosjean and Pierre Gasly have escaped sanctions despite trading blows during final practice for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Grosjean and Gasly traded paint, and bits of bodywork, as they tangled at Turn 17. Although Grosjean was on a slow-down lap, the Haas driver remained on the racing line. That caught out Gasly, who was on a hot lap, with the Frenchman gesticulating at the Haas driver before going straight on and causing the contact between them. Lee: 'It was a bizarre ending to FP3.
