Lowe optimistic about Kubica-Russell partnership

Williams chief technical officer Paddy Lowe, believes the team’s new line up of Robert Kubica and George Russell will be a good team. Williams enter 2019 with an entirely new setup after Lance Stroll moved to Force India and Sergey Sirotkin left.  Russell is stepping up from Formula 2 whilst Kubica is returning following nine years out of the sport following a serious crash at the Ronde di Andora rally in 2011. “I think this will be a fantastic combination with the rookie George [Russell] on the other side.” Said Lowe speaking to RACER.
