Steiner: You never know what the others are doing

Guenther Steiner believes that his team in Kannapolis will produce a strong car for the 2019 season, aiming to keep the upward mobility of Formula 1's only American team. Under Steiner the team has gone from strength-to-strength, regularly punching above their weight, and more often than expected ‘Best of the Rest' behind the big three teams. In their F1 debut season in 2016 the team finished eighth, and a year later were again eighth but last year the VF-18 was a good piece of kit and they were fifth in the constructors' championship, only beaten by the factory teams and Red Bull, Speaking to Ekstra Bladet, Steiner gave an update on the VF-19, 'When I look at the numbers I'm sure...
