Stoffel Vandoorne on pole for the Hong Kong E-prix

Stoffel Vandoorne qualified on pole through wet conditions this morning in Hong Kong. In typical Formula E style, it was a frantic and exciting session, with the former McLaren driver coming out on top. The race, which starts at 8 am UK time is forecast to be wet. The first ever real wet race in Formula E's short 50 race history. After Vandoorne, who moved to Formula E for the start of this season, qualified on pole, spoke of his "great" achievement. "It's great to be on pole today for the 50th E-Prix race.
