Ricciardo: To play it safe we are changing chassis

After a forgettable season-opening Australian Grand Prix, Daniel Ricciardo is getting a new Renault RS19 chassis after his off-road excursion at the start of the race in Melbourne, marring his debut with his new team. Speaking to reporters ahead of the Bahrain Grand Prix weekend, Ricciardo said, “I guess [the damage] was from the impact at the start. They don’t know 100% if that was it, that is the assumption.' 'To play it safe we are changing chassis.
