Ocon predicts season-long ‘war' between Merceded pair

Mercedes reserve driver Esteban Ocon expects Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas to fight all the way until the end of season. Ocon was replaced by Lance Stroll at the rebranded Racing Point team for 2019, leaving him on the sidelines with many expecting him to take Bottas' Mercedes seat down the line. However, any such plans are in major doubt with Bottas currently leading the Drivers' Championship ahead of Hamilton after the pair secured four-straight one-two finishes so far this season. While Ocon looks for a way into the team, he will sit back and enjoy the good atmosphere and season-long 'war' which he thinks will rumble on between Bottas and Hamilton.
