Mattia Binotto says Ferrari are "still in the battle"

Ferrari boss Mattia Binotto believes that his team is "still in the battle" despite a poor start to the 2019 season. Ferrari looks like they could be a bit closer to Mercedes in Barcelona this weekend but they would have hoped to have topped the timesheets in today's free practise sessions. Binotto accepts that Ferrari could have done better but believes they can still perform.
