Schumacher’s 2002 title-winning Ferrari F1 car to be auctioned

The car that took Michael Schumacher to the 2002 Formula 1 world championship will go up for auction at this year’s season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.Schumacher claimed his fifth F1 drivers’ world title in the Ferrari F2002, which will go under the hammer at the 2019 season-finale at the Yas Marina Circuit on November 30. Chassis No.219 scored three grands prix victories in 2002, including the German’s controversial team-orders win in Austria, and Magny-Cours, the latter of which sealed the title for Schumacher with six rounds remaining.
