No further action in Hamilton/Verstappen incident

French Grand Prix – No further action will be taken over Lewis Hamilton's unsafe re-join of the circuit during free practice at Paul Ricard. The Mercedes driver came under investigation after free practice on Friday after rejoining the circuit in front of Red Bull's Max Verstappen after running wide. However, the race stewards have elected not to go any further after Hamilton and Verstappen met with them afterwards. This was after hearing both Hamilton and Verstappen agreeing that the incident wasn't particularly dangerous for either party, despite Verstappen running wide on the outside of Turn 5.
