Summer break grades: How have Renault done so far?

Renault will be disappointed with their results so far this season but will hope that things improve after the summer break. After finishing 2018 as the 'best of the rest' they will not be pleased with their standing of 6th halfway through this season. The two drivers have tried to do what they can with their equipment but have struggled to make an impact.  Renault 5/10 Considering Renault were talking about being world title contenders in 2021, it seems that they might want to amend their goals. Cyril Abiteboul's leadership seems questionable and the fact that McLaren, who use the same Renault engine, are so much faster seems strange. Something needs to change if they are to get back...
