Vettel summoned for Monza qualifying track limits breach

Sebastian Vettel has been summoned to see the Formula 1 race stewards over an alleged breach of track limits during qualifying for the Italian Grand Prix on Saturday. Vettel qualified fourth for Ferrari in a messy qualifying session that ended with seven driver missing the chequered flag on their final runs, with a number of drivers now under investigation for various incidents. The FIA stewards confirmed in a post-session bulletin that Vettel had been summoned for an "alleged breach of Article 27.3 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations at 15:43" when he "left the track and gained a lasting advantage."
