Haas retains Grosjean alongside Magnussen

Romain Grosjean The Haas F1 Team has re-signed Romain Grosjean for the 2020 Formula 1 season, making for an unchanged driver line-up at the American team. While Kevin Magnussen’s existing deal meant that he was already locked in to Haas for next year, the fate of its second seat was far less clear. Speaking ahead of the return of Formula 1 from its summer break, team boss Guenther Steiner had identified Esteban Ocon, who would imminently be announced as a Renault driver, and the man who he will replace, Nico Hulkenberg, as other candidates for the driver.
