Helmut Marko admits Red Bull 'may start losing ground'

Red Bull's Helmut Marko admits that his team may be falling behind in the development race following Ferrari's resurgence since the summer break. Max Verstappen was superb in the races preceding the break, winning two and going close in Hungary, but since the break it's not been plain sailing, as a crash in Belgium and grid penalties in Italy restricted his success.
