Ferrari explain Leclerc undercut on Vettel in Russia

Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto says Sebastian Vettel was not left on-track with worn tyres in order to allow Charles Leclerc to undercut him. Vettel jumped Lewis Hamilton and the pole-sitting Leclerc off the line in Sochi, something the Monegasque facilitated amid a pre-race agreement.
