Lando Norris hoping for “some good overtaking” in Suzuka

Lando Norris will be returning to Suzuka having taken part in FP1 for McLaren last year hoping for “some good overtaking” as the team looks to build on their position at the top of the midfield. Norris will make his first race appearance at Suzuka this weekend for McLaren after his only previous experience on the track was a drive in FP1 in 2018. Optimistic that there will be chance for overtaking in Japan the Brit also admits it is one of the “fun” tracks in Formula 1. “I’m looking forward to heading back to Suzuka, having taken part in FP1 there last year,” he said. “It’s a fun track in an F1 car and one that hopefully...
