Steiner backs condensed F1 weekend schedule

Mexican Grand Prix – Haas' Guenther Steiner believes that a condensed F1 weekend schedule would be a 'good way forward' as talks regarding future regulations continue. Due to typhoon Hagibis, Formula 1 was forced into running a busier schedule on the Sunday of the Japanese Grand Prix, where teams took part in qualifying on Sunday morning ahead of the normal race time.
