Ecclestone: Liberty's 2021 F1 regulations won't work

Bernie Ecclestone doubts that Liberty Media's revamp of Formula 1's regulations from 2021 and beyond will have the desired effect. Liberty finally published the finalised regulations at the United States Grand Prix, with a vastly altered aerodynamic package set to be brought in in an attempt to promote better, closer racing.
