Nick Chester leaves Renault as part of major restructuring
Renault have parted ways with, Nick Chester as part of a major restructuring at the French constructor. Cyril Abiteboul has wished Chester well in the next stage of his career. After finishing fourth in the 2018 Constructors' Championship and were expected to be progressing even further. Expectations were even higher because of the arrival of Daniel Ricciardo from Red Bull. However, it has played out as they would have hoped with the resurgence of McLaren moving Renault down to fifth in the battle of the midfield.
