Racing Point to test RP20 at Silverstone
Racing Point will be in action at Silverstone as Lance Stroll takes their 2020 car for a spin during a 'filming day' on June 17. Teams are preparing for the season to start in Austria from July 3-5, but before that several are getting some testing mileage in to shake off the cobwebs before returning to competitive action. Mercedes have completed a two-day test at Silverstone using 2018's W09, while Ferrari are planning a test at Fiorano. But Racing Point will be breaking the trend by using their 2020 car, the RP20, for their second and final permitted filming day of the year at Silverstone on June 17 with Stroll behind the wheel.
