Pirelli: "Fastest strategy on Mugello is a two-stop"

It is expected that the Tuscany Grand Prix will be an assault on the drivers' tires, just as it was the case at Silverstone. According to Pirelli, a two-stropper will be the fastest strategy. With its fast turns in a row, the Mugello circuit will cause a lot of wear and tear in the tires. Add to that the high temperatures - according to AccuWeather the mercury will rise to as much as 29 degrees in the afternoon in Tuscany - and it will be a Grand Prix where the tires won't last long. Pirelli's recommendation is to make two pit stops during the race, Albert Fabrega reports on Twitter.
