Abiteboul leaves Renault: Alpine appoints new CEO

Cyril Abiteboul will leave the Renault F1 team per upcoming F1 season. The team that will continue under the name Alpine in 2021 has already announced changes in management. Abiteboul has to make way for Laurent Rossi. Laurent Rossi has been appointed CEO of the new Alpine F1 project. It has also been mentioned that Abiteboul will not return to F1. Rossi's place was initially promised to the Frenchman. To be continued... Cyril Abiteboul is leaving Renault altogether.
