Feature: ‘F1 to IndyCar – How have Grosjean's predecessors fared'?
Romain Grosjean will make the move from Formula 1 to IndyCar for 2021 but he is far from the first racer to switch to the US-based series. MotorsportWeek.com assesses how some of his predecessors fared. Rubens Barrichello Barrichello became Formula 1’s most experienced driver, taking 11 race wins, but departed at the end of 2011 and linked up with KV Racing in IndyCar. Barrichello rebounded after a difficult start to take three straight top 10 finishes at Barber, Long Beach and in his native Sao Paulo.
