New ExxonMobil fuel optimized for RB16B thanks to Honda partnership

In the last year that Honda is officially connected to Red Bull as an engine supplier, the team is pulling out all the stops to take the world title from Mercedes. Fuel supplier Esso (ExxonMobil) also says it has done its best in preparation for 2021. Red Bull Racing says in a press release that the 'Synergy Race Fuel' as they call it has been developed in close cooperation with Honda. Because the fuel could not be further developed during the 2020 season and only one specification can be used in 2021 it was important to get this update right first time.
