Why Sainz is facing difficulties after McLaren Ferrari swap
Ewan Gale Saturday 27 march 2021 10:00 Carlos Sainz has outlined the difficulties of becoming familiar with his Ferrari after completing his first Friday practice following his switch from McLaren over the winter. Sainz impressed with his qualifying simulation lap time in FP2 in Bahrain by setting the fourth-quickest time behind only Red Bull's Max Verstappen, former team-mate Lando Norris and Lewis Hamilton in his Mercedes.
