Bahrain circuit CEO proposes solution to track limits problem

One of the key talking points from the opening grand prix of the season was that of track limits after confusion over the rules throughout the weekend. Drivers were warned that they could face penalties if they went beyond the red and white kerb on the outside of turn four during qualifying, but not in the race.
