Red Bull hires more engine personnel from Mercedes

Article To news overview © Red Bull Content Pool/ Getty Images Red Bull have hired a further five personnel for its new in-house engine development team from Mercedes, joining the German manufacturer's former head of mechanical engineering Ben Hodgkinson who announced his switch last month. The new appointees include Steve Blewett as PU production director, Omid Mostaghimi as head of powertrains electronics and ERS, and Pip Clode as head of mechnical designs ERS. The combustion engine side will be led by Anton Mayo as head of PU design ICE and Steve Brodie, group leader ICE operations.
