FIA warn Red Bull over Verstappen's victory burnout
Article To news overview © Getty Images/Red Bull Contentpool Red Bull have been warned by the FIA following Max Verstappen's burnout while crossing the finish line of the Styrian Grand Prix. The Dutchman started on pole and didn't put a wheel wrong all race, leading from start to finish. Verstappen had a sizeable advantage over Lewis Hamilton at the end of the race following the Briton's late pit stop, and as a result he celebrated by performing a burnout across the finish line in front of his mechanics, a move that drew the ire of race director Michael Masi. “It was not an ideal situation, which is why I spoke to the team immediately and told them accordingly, that it’s something...
