Raikkonen, Mazepin and Latifi handed post-race penalties

Kimi Raikkonen has been handed a 20-second penalty for his last lap collision with Sebastian Vettel in the Austrian Grand Prix, while Nikita Mazepin and Nicholas Latifi were also penalized for failing to slow as they passed the incident. The Alfa Romeo driver was initially sanctioned with a post-race drive-through penalty, but the latter was logically converted into a largely irrelevant time penalty.
