Binotto confessed: 'I have personally spoken with Red Bull'
Red Bull Racing has submitted official questions to the FIA regarding Mercedes' engine. According to the Austrians, the competitor would be acting outside of the regulations, allowing it to generate more power with its engine. While the Formula One organisation is looking into the matter, Mattia Binotto sees a clear difference with 2019.
