Wolff comes up with progressive plan: 'It could be'
Formula 1 teams have given away almost all of their seats for next season. While several drivers have been given the chance in the sport, there are more drivers who have to wait even longer for an opportunity. Toto Wolff thinks it is a bad thing that talented drivers are not able to join Formula 1 sooner, he told Formel1.de.
