Russell enjoyed good first day at Mercedes: "A lot to learn"
George Russell will be learning a lot in the coming time. The Brit is starting his first season with the Mercedes team and drove his first kilometers today during the test days in Barcelona. Russell experienced a relaxed first day. After three seasons at Williams, Russell has finally been given the chance to take a seat next to Lewis Hamilton in the W13. It is not the first time he has driven the Mercedes, however, as he was already given the chance in 2020 when Hamilton dropped out due to a corona infection.
