Perez: RB18 updates will be ‘easy to spot' on Saturday

Sergio Perez has hinted Red Bull may be about to spring a Mercedes-style surprise with the RB18 on the final day of pre-season testing. The Mexican driver said there will be visible differences to the car on Saturday, but not in the form of zero sidepods as the Mercedes W13 has been displaying in Bahrain. Mercedes’ new design has been the talk of the paddock and the media since the car emerged from the garage for the first of three days of official testing ahead of next weekend’s opening grand prix of the 2022 campaign at the Sakhir circuit.
